Walk-ins 

Walk-ins are welcome; however, to guarantee your spot in class, please pre-register via phone or internet.  No class will be reserved without pre-payment. 

 

Scheduling Classes:

Classes can only be reserved with an open and current package; a spot will not be held without “pre-payment.” Packages can be purchased in studio or online at www.DragonflyPilates.com.

 

Cancellation Policy

Dragonfly Pilates maintains a 12-hour cancellation policy.  Clients canceling  ANY session, including standing appointments, within 12 hours of class start time will be charged for the session.  Classes must be cancelled either in person or via text message to 412.445.7137 or 412.977.7121 to avoid charge.  In case of inclement weather, call the studios or check www.Dragonflypilates.com for cancellation information.  

 

Packages:

Packages expire 90 days after purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Introductory Packages are for new clients only. 

 

Tardiness

Classes start and end on time. Arrive early to register and prepare for class. Classes are closed 15-minutes after start. Tardy participants will be charged for the entire class. No entry will be permitted once the class is closed.

 

Safety

To ensure the safety of our clients, Dragonfly Pilates reserves the right to refuse entry to a class that is beyond the participants’ fitness level.
